Returnable if in perfect condition within the first 30 days of placing the order, minus $10 to cover the cost of return shipping. The product will:
- Be in original packaging
- Have no unusual odors or fur/scratches
- Have all of the original labels and tags
- Be as clean as when initially shipped
When submitting a return request, you can choose to either mail the item back yourself or receive a return label for a cost of $10 which will be deducted from the refund.
The following products are non-returnable due to their nature:
- Custom orders
- Personal protective equipment
- Oxygen canisters, tents, masks, and hoods.
1. How do I initiate a return?
Please submit a return request and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
2. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges as it's easier to consider each transaction separately. If you prefer another size or color, you may order that style and submit a return request for the unwanted product.
3. Are shipping costs refundable?
We do not offer refunds for shipping as courier delays are out of our control. If your express order is fulfilled past the order processing time, we will issue a refund minus the regular cost of shipping.
4. How much time do I have to return a purchase?
Eligible products may be returned within the first 30 days of purchase, as dated on the receipt.

VetMed Solutions reserves the right to refuse returns that do not respect these conditions upon inspection. For returns over $100, an additional 10% restocking fee applies to cover the higher cost of return shipping (excluding starter kits). At our discretion, we may alter the restocking fee depending on the type of order and cost of return shipping.
